Training

We offer Conflict Management and Risk Assessment training courses. Both courses compliment each other, but can also be taken separately. Our training modules are formulated to meet the individual needs of our clients. Modules are structured to benefit all levels of personnel up to and including executive officers. Conflict is inevitable to some degree in the work environment. Companies need to know how well their employees handle conflict situations. Some staff are too arrogant and say too much, and others too passive and let people manipulate them. The aim is to be a rational conflict manager and deal with situations in a confident, professional and timely manner. Risk assessing every situational environment is extremely important. It will assist in identifying leading and secondary issues that can give cause to any impending or active security or people problems.
